All in Dundee provides four services within Dundee:

The Employability Pathway

The Employability Pathway is a service designed to support the unemployed people of Dundee. The primary aim of the Pathway is to support every client in a tailored and holistic way, to move them into sustainable and secure employment.

Parental Employment Support (PES)

PES supports under-employed and unemployed parents in Dundee, with the aim to support them to find/or progress in work, and increase their income, through support and guidance.

Young Persons Employment Support

The Young Person’s Employment programme supports the Young People of Dundee aged 16 – 24. The primary aim is to support every client in a tailored way to find and sustain work, enter further education, training or modern apprenticeships.

Individual Placement Support (IPS)

IPS is a clinical support model delivered by ENABLEWorks in partnership with NHS Tayside. It is designed to support individuals with severe and enduring mental health issues, to move forward into sustainable employment, and a more independent life.
