Local employability providers support employers to find new employees and offer advice, guidance and funding to develop their existing workforce.
This includes one-to-one support from a dedicated staff member, introductions to potential employees and developing an employer or sector-specific training course to provide suitable applicants.
Furthermore, we offer tailored support to employers who are at risk of making staff redundant. Please find further information in the Partnership Action for Continuing Employment.
